Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that you may have:

1. I would like to see a new product. Can you help with that?

Yes! Our best products have come from USPHS officers who request a specific design and/or product. Email me at sean@phsproud.com with your request!

2. Can you make a t-shirt or sweatshirt with the U.S. Public Health Service seal for me?

The short answer is...no.

The seals below are the official seals of the United States Public Health Service.  Every uniformed service, including USPHS, explicitly states that they do not allow the use of their official seal by anyone as they are reserved for official government business. This includes individuals placing the seals on their own clothing for personal use. PHS Proud is all about honoring and respecting the U.S. Public Health Service history and tradition; hence, we do not use official seals on our products!

3. The size I ordered is too small. Can I exchange it?

Yes. Please see our refunds and exchanges policy here.

4. I have a concern with my order. Who should I contact?
